Remarks: I went to the ER on 10/27/08 b/c I was hurting in my left ovary about all day. They did blood work, u/s & said I was pregnant. The HCG levels were 121. The DR stated I was about 1-2 weeks preg. So I went on 10/29/08 & had another HCG done. The results were preg with a HCG of 32. My obgyn said it could be a miscarriage. I am going again on 10/31/08 to have another HCG done to see what it is. Could it be that I am having a miscarriage or is it too early to tell? Remarks: I was very shocked that this would happen soon. My husband and I are very excited.We are very grateful. Now we are just praying for a healthy child.They are saying that i am between 2 and three months. But i was at the hospital for stomach issues and they done a test on sept. 21st, they done a pregnancy test it was negative. So i calculated i am 5 weeks. They say my hcg levels are very high,high enough to show I am that far along. I told them it was not possible. They then stated it may be twins. That could be why my levels are so high. So we will just wait and see. Thank You all very much!!!

Remarks: This is my 1st pregnancy after tubal reversal. On Sun 10/12 I took a home pregnancy test (positive) & on 10/14 I went to the hospital & got an official pregnancy test (positive). I started spotting the afternoon of Tue 10/14 On Thur 10/16 the spotting had not stopped so I phoned the hospital to see what I should do, they referred me immediately to the ER. At the ER I was given an ultrasound & they were unable to find a fetus. My blood was drawn for a quantitative level test of hcg and I was sent to xray for another ultrasound with a more powerful xray machine. The quantitative test showed my hcg level was over 22,000 (which (I was told) means if a baby was in the womb, they would definitely see it) & the xray showed an abnormality on my right side. Overnight at 2 am on Friday 10/17 I went into surgery to have the fetus removed laparascopically. The doctor reported to my husband and I that when they looked inside they saw I’d bled quite a bit, therefore the doctor made a large incision in my lower abdomen & made the decision to remove the right tube & the right ovary. The right tube was not open & that’s the tube the baby tried to flow through & apparently there was damage to my ovary as well. I return for a follow up appointment on Oct 31.

My first one was on 10/18 and the level was 84. I’m having another one today only because I demanded to have it. Should I call my OB and insist he does more betas or see me sooner? Remarks: I’m having some issues of cramping and left side pain. Had ultrasounds done on Fri evening and Sat morning. Still on Sunday some left side pain lower area. I’m assuming near ovaries. Dr said they feel it will be ectopic or miscarriage. 760 were my numbers Monday morning another blood test to see if levels go up. I’m praying they will. After do many no’s than a yes I pray it will work but it doesn’t look good since I have pain. they did find a cyst or two and some endometriosis that is back.
