Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center offers low cost tubal reversal surgery. There is a way to receive the reduced fee of $5900 by paying payment in-full within 24 hours of scheduling surgery.

If scheduling is not possible due to financial constraints, there is also the option of opening up a prepayment account that allows patients to make long-term payment arrangements. This account can be opened with a $250 cashier’s check or money order. Once the $5900 payment is made in full surgery can be scheduled.
